HOUSTON – Police are searching for the person who they said shot a man outside a nightclub in northeast Houston.
Officers said a man was headed to his car around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday in the parking lot of the Blue Steel Lounge on Homestead at Mount Houston when a man wearing a mask approached and shot him several times.

The man fled and the victim was taken to a hospital. He is listed in serious but stable condition and is expected to survive, according to authorities.
