PARIS – A young girl is lucky to be alive after she fell out of a carnival ride and was left hanging upside down by her feet.
The shocking video taken Sunday at a fair in Paris shows the girl riding the Adrenaline, a zip-line contraption where guests are dropped from the top of a 164-foot crane.
However, things go wrong as soon as the ride is released when the girl falls out of the harness and dangles from the ride, almost smashing her head into a stand on the ground.
After swinging past fair employees a few times, workers were able to pull her to a stop and bring her down.
France Bleu reports the girl was uninjured in the accident.
The Adrenaline ride was closed for the remainder of the fair and scheduled to be taken down.
