Trio accused of spray-painting structure under bridge, authorities say
One person also found to be in possession of marijuana 'wax'
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – Three people were arrested after being accused of spray-painting a structure under a bridge, said the Montgomery County Constable's Office, Precinct 4.
A deputy witnessed several people walk underneath a bridge just north of Northpark Drive on Highway 59 around 2:30 a.m. Friday.
Authorities said the deputy could not stop at the time since he was en route to back up another deputy.
After the deputy returned and walked under the bridge, he witnessed Eric Russom, 41, Gabriel Rybinski, 18, and Jonathan Arriola, 17, all spray-painting the structure under the bridge, authorities said. An investigation also showed Russom to be in possession of marijuana "wax."
The three were charged with felony graffiti. Authorities said Russom was also charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.
