MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – Three people were arrested after being accused of spray-painting a structure under a bridge, said the Montgomery County Constable's Office, Precinct 4.

A deputy witnessed several people walk underneath a bridge just north of Northpark Drive on Highway 59 around 2:30 a.m. Friday.
