1 killed, 3 injured in crash northwest of Houston

HOUSTON – One person was killed Wednesday and three others were injured in a crash just northwest of Houston.

The incident was reported at 1:39 p.m. near the intersection of West Little York and Fairbanks North Houston roads.

Harris County deputies said a flatbed truck and another vehicle were involved in the crash.

Video from Sky 2 showed a large amount of debris was strewn about the road. A severely mangled car and a damaged large truck could also be seen.

The cause of the crash was under investigation.

The identity of the victims was not immediately released.
