Neighbors and police think the bones may belong to Mary Cerruti, 61, who once owned the home.

It is not clear exactly when Cerruti disappeared, but the house was foreclosed on in early 2015 after she stopped making mortgage payments.

The home has been recently remodeled and is listed for $439,900.

The 1,161-square-foot home sits on a 6,600-square-foot lot, surrounded on three sides by the Alexan Heights apartments. The home is on the market for $439,900.
