HOUSTON – According to a video sent in by a viewer, a driver had a seizure at a red light near Tanner Road and Beltway 8, sending his truck into the rear end of a car.
Since morning commuter traffic was stopped, and the driver had his foot on the gas, smoke started billowing into the air.
As soon as traffic started flowing, the truck lurched forward and crossed into oncoming traffic.
It ended when the truck slammed into a pillar.
A witness said the driver of the truck was not seriously hurt.
