MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – Montgomery County investigators have found Blake Jackson, who was wanted by Montgomery County Auto Theft Detectives Division of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office for a third-degree felony theft charge.
Local authorites had been searching for Jackson, 26, when deputies stopped a vehicle on Robers Road on Monday around 2:45 p.m. for an expired registration sticker. Jackson was the passenger in the vehicle, deputies said.
Jackson had dyed his hair black in an attempt to conceal his identity, according to authorities.
“I’d like to thank the public’s assistance with locating the subject. Your help, by sharing the social media posts and getting the word out, definitely aided in locating Mr. Jackson,” Constable Hayden said.
Deputies said Jackson may be linked to other aggravated crimes in the area.
