HOUSTON – An overturned tractor-trailer snarled traffic Wednesday on the East Freeway at the East Loop.
The crash was reported just before 1 p.m. on Interstate 10 west at the Interstate 610 interchange.

Video from Sky 2 showed only the right emergency lane of the freeway was open. Debris was strewn across all of the main lanes.
It was not immediately clear if there were any injuries.
