SPRING, Texas – A man is in critical condition after a drive-by shooting in Spring on Wednesday.
Police said the man was sitting on a couch in his home on Circlegate Drive, which is near Cypresswood Drive and FM 1960, when someone fired through the window, striking the man in the back.

Emergency Medical Services took the man to a local hospital.
Police said there is surveillance video from a neighbor that they are reviewing.
