HOUSTON – A man who was reported missing by Fort Bend County officials was found dead in southeast Houston.
Police said Alvin Reid was from Louisiana, but was in town visiting family during the Super Bowl.

Reid was found shot in the head around 6:18 p.m. on Feb. 5 in the 3300 block of Alice Street.
Officers said he was found in a grassy area of an apartment complex parking lot.
Reid's identity was confirmed by the Harris County Medical Examiner's Office on Wednesday.
