Louisiana man disappears while visiting family in Fort Bend County

The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help with information on a Louisiana man who went messing while visiting family, deputies said.

Alvin Reid was last seen Feb. 6 at the Bourbon Street Pub located on the 12900 block of Westheimer Road in Houston, officials said.

Relatives said Reid was with a friend driving in a gray Toyota Camry and they have not been able to get a hold of him since the night he went missing.

Reid is described as a black man, standing at 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighing about 210 pounds.

He has short black hair and a beard, and he was last seen wearing a black shirt with gold writing, black jeans, black shoes and a black Saints baseball hat.

While there is no indication of foul play, anyone who may have information on the location of Alvin Reidis asked to contact the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office at 281-341-4665.
