18-wheeler accident snarls traffic in Pearland

PEARLAND, Texas – An 18-wheeler accident has traffic congested in Pearland on Wednesday afternoon.

The Pearland Police Department said to expect delays on Shadow Creek Parkway near Trinity Bay.
