HOUSTON – Club Nomadic doesn't have the required city permit of occupancy just days before the club is scheduled to open, according to the city of Houston.
The city is working with the club to help them meet the requirements.
The city department has been given directions from Mayor Sylvester Turner to do whatever they can do to get the proper permits.
The city did say it was not unusual for temporary venues to not have their permits this close to opening.
