HOUSTON – A mentally challenged man diagnosed with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia who had been reported missing found safe on Sunday, police said.
Houston police said Jeffrey Thomas, 27, had disappeared Saturday morning from his living assisted home at 8121 Shotwell St.

Police said Thomas was last seen wearing blue jeans, a T-shirt and tennis shoes.
Police said Thomas was located and is now receiving medical treatment at a local hospital.
