HOUSTON – A driver was killed Sunday after his vehicle rolled over, ejecting him from the car.
The incident was reported at 9 a.m. in the 5800 block of East Orem Drive.
Houston police said a 43-year-old man was driving a Dodge Neon when he drifted out his lane and hit a curb, causing the car to roll over. Police said the victim was ejected from the vehicle during the incident.
He was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
No other vehicles were involved.
Police believe speed could be the cause of the accident.
The man's identity has not been released.
The incident is under investigation.
