Saturday's freezing forecast: Temperatures in the 30s and 20s

HOUSTON – Temperatures are falling again Saturday night in the 30s and 20s as you step out tonight.

Overnight, north and western counties are seeing low 20s by Sunday morning. Downtown and south of Interstate-10, lows will fall into the mid to upper 20s and near freezing along the immediate coast.

Almost everyone will see below freezing temps for at least 10 hours, with northern counties potentially seeing up to 16-18 hours below 32.

Sunday will stay sunny and slightly warmer with highs back into the upper 30s to low 40s. Sunday night should keep most areas above freezing and then by early next week, we'll be back in the 70s.
