HOUSTON – Two weeks ago, White Oak residents were victorious in getting a restraining order against White Oak Music Hall to stop the outdoor performances-- but that restraining order expired Friday after a judge declined to renew it.
"It's a nuisance," Theresa Cavin complained, saying the sounds rattles her home.

"Our windows shake and it's just been very unpleasant," Cavin said
Cavin said she lives on an ideal street, but lately, the atmosphere in the area has been anything but problem.
She said The White Oak Music Hall’s outdoor music venues keep her and family up at night.
"Just keep it inside. I have no problem with the indoor venue; it hasn't caused problems to this point," Cavin said.
Other neighbors agreed the outdoor music concerts are just too loud.
"If I have my stereo on in my garage at night and have four speakers playing, I can't hear my music," neighbor Jeff Trevino said.
Trevino and Cavin are plaintiffs in the lawsuit that was filed against White Oak Music Hall.
"It's unfortunate that we're going to have to put up with the New Year's Eve noise and everything else, because I'm sure they have something planned," he said,
Now, neighbors who have filed suit must wait until both sides go to court next month.
Trevino is hopeful that both sides will be able to come together.
"We can work something out... we can peacefully coexist with this new venture," he said.
