Authorities seek person responsible in fatal hit-and-run on West Bellfort

Victim struck, killed as he was crossing street, authorities say


HOUSTON – Authorities are asking for the public's help in identifying the person responsible in a fatal hit-and-run.

A vehicle struck and killed the victim as he was crossing the street in the 6100 block of West Bellfort at 6 p.m. Nov. 27, authorities said.

Witnesses reported a red truck as the vehicle that struck the victim. Authorities said no other description was given.

Crime Stoppers will pay a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the charging and/or arrest of the men in this case.
