Second suspect in Houston home invasion sought
1 person arrested so far by investigators
HOUSTON – Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding a person wanted in a home invasion in Houston.
It happened shortly after 3:44 p.m. on Sept. 26 at a residence in the 700 block of South Mayde Creek Drive.
Authorities said one victim walked outside and was forced to the ground by several suspects who were wielding pistols.
The same suspects entered the residence, shot and robbed several of the victims of their property, authorities said. The suspects fled in an unknown direction of travel.
One person involved in the home invasion has been arrested by investigators. Authorities said investigators are searching for a second person who was involved.
The suspect is described by authorities as a black male who wore a black-hooded sweatshirt, black pants and black and white shoes.
Crime Stoppers said it will pay up to $5,000 for information that leads to the charging and/or arrest of the suspect.
