HOUSTON – Houston police have arrested three men accused of taking a high-end car for a joyride after it was towed nearly two moths ago.
Police dashcam video showed a tow truck driver zipping through a Houston neighborhood in a a customer's $110,000 car in October.
Travis O'Sullivan and Ryan Spencer were charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Tony Spencer is charged with trespassing.
