Woman buys over $3,000 in jewelry with stolen credit card, police say

HOUSTON – Houston police are searching for a woman who they say went shopping with a stolen credit card, according to investigators.

Police said the woman went to a jewelry store in Memorial City Mall on Memorial City Way in August, made over $3,000 in purchases and left the mall.

According to investigators, the woman took the credit card while the victim was at work.

The woman is described as approximately 25 to 35 years old. She was last seen wearing a white-and-black-striped top and blue jeans.

Crime Stoppers will pay a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the woman’s arrest.
