HOUSTON – Houston police are investigating a deadly crash at 8000 Harrisburg at 2:35 a.m. on Nov. 20.
The 40-year-old woman died at the scene, according to officials.

Police said the woman was westbound on Harrisburg when she failed to maintain a single lane, possibly to avoid another vehicle.
The vehicle went over a curb into the eastbound lanes and struck a concrete pole, police said.
The investigation is ongoing.
