HOUSTON – A man was hit by a train after trying to cross the tracks in east Houston, according to police.
The incident happened shortly before 10 a.m. Thursday in the 5800 block of Lyons near Shotwell.
He was taken to Ben Taub Hospital and his condition is unknown, police said.
