2 accused of robbing, carjacking pizza delivery man in Humble

HUMBLE, Texas – A pizza delivery man was carjacked over the weekend by two thieves in Humble, authorities said.

The Pizza Hut employee said he was delivering a pizza to the 7200 block of Foxshadows Lane on Saturday when two men ambushed him.

The pair pointed a handgun at him and demanded his phone, money and car keys, then left in his vehicle, authorities said.

Investigators went to the scene to talk to the victim, who gave a detailed description of the thieves and the stolen vehicle, deputies said. The information was conveyed to other units on patrol in the area.

According to the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office, the stolen vehicle was found in a nearby parking lot. Two men tried to run away but were captured after a short foot chase.

The constable's office identified the two men as Kyle Jackson, 18, and Derwin Clark, 18.

Both are charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.

Jackson is being held on a $30,000 bond. Clark is being held on no bond.
