Officials said in the meantime the Municipal Court Annex at 8300 Mykawa Road will be open for those wishing to post jail bonds or request other court services.

“When we were notified of the need for these repairs, we specifically chose the holiday weekend so as not to disrupt too many services provided to court customers,” Barbara E. Hartle, the director and presiding judge of the Municipal Courts Department, said.

Officials said some online options will also be available as a means to resolve court matters. Click here to download forms needed to request a trial setting, the Driving Safety Course by mail, or to submit proof of compliance by mail.

Payments for fines can also be accepted online here or by mail at:

  • Western Union (code: Ticket Texas); or
  • U.S. Mail (P.O. Box 4996, Houston, Texas 77210-4996)
