HOUSTON – A man accused of attacking the son of the late Rockets legend Moses Malone outside a club on Richmond faced a judge Thursday morning.

A judge gave Deavion Lewis a "no contact" order.

Malone Jr.'s lawyer claims four men attacked him at the V Live Vintage Steakhouse in June over a comment he made about James Harden on Facebook.

All four men are charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.

Malone Jr. is also suing the club for the attack.
