Highway 290 inbound at I-10 connector reopens after big rig crash, fuel spill

All inbound lanes of US 290 at the I-10 direct connector reopened after a big rig carrying concrete shifted and spilled diesel fuel on the road Wednesday.

Officials called a wrecker to help remove the concrete and move the 18-wheeler.
