HOUSTON – A man was killed in a crash early Tuesday morning.
Police said the man, who has not yet been identified, was driving a silver Mazda M3 around 1:30 a.m. in the 500 block of Bay Area Blvd. when he lost control of the car and hit a tree in the median.

The man was taken to Clear Lake Regional Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
No other vehicles were involved. No one else was hurt.
