CLEVELAND, Ohio – An East Cleveland, Ohio man convicted of killing three women was attacked in a courtroom on Thursday by one of the victims' fathers.
Shortly after the judge sentenced Michael Madison to die by lethal injection, Van Terry lunged over a table towards the convict.
Van, who is the father of victim Shirellda Terry, was surrounded by sheriff's deputies as Madison and his attorneys quickly moved out of the way.
Officers dragged Terry out of the courtroom, and there is no word yet if he will face any charges.
