Man robs Kroger grocery store in Cinco Ranch, deputies say

CINCO RANCH, Texas – The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office is searching a man accused of robbing a grocery store in the Cinco Ranch area.

Deputies were called to a Kroger located in the 22100 block of Westheimer parkwayParkway after witnesses said a man left the store with unpurchased items.

The manager said a white man entered the store around 4:45 p.m. and grabbed merchandise before attempting to leave the store. Investigators said the manager tried to stop the man but let the man go after being threatened.

Deputies are searching for a 30-year-old man with a dark beard and mustache. Investigators said he is a little over 6 feet tall and weighs about 200 pounds. He was wearing a red shirt, blue jeans and cowboy boots.
