Thieves steal trailer containing Boy Scout equipment from church parking lot


PASADENA, Texas – Pasadena police are searching for thieves who stole a trailer containing all of the equipment belonging to a local Boy Scout troop. The trailer was stolen from the First United Methodist Church at 1062 Fairmont Parkway.

Just before 7 p.m. on April 19, Pasadena police received a call reporting that the trailer had been stolen from the church parking lot.  The trailer, which is used by a local Boy Scout troop, had been parked at the church for about three days.
The trailer is a white, 2012, Amond XTR trailer manufactured by Diamond Cargo Inc. There are black “CHAPLAIN” and “DIAMOND CARGO” decals on the front and back of it.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of the suspect(s) or the location of the trailer is encouraged to contact the Pasadena Police Department (713-477-1221) or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS (8477). Callers who wish to remain anonymous should contact Crime Stoppers. Information provided by the caller to Crime Stoppers that leads to the arrest of the suspect(s) is eligible for a cash reward up to $5000.
