Discovery Green stays packed for Final Four festivities

HOUSTON – Music fans young and old packed Discovery Green Saturday for the Final Four music fest with Kendrick Lamar, Twenty One Pilots and others.

"We've just been having way too much fun. It's crazy," Laura Apodaca said.

So many people showed up crews closed the gates twice during the day.

"I'm having a blast. It's awesome," said Rashida Bellard. "I think people come together in a positive manner,"

For fans inside it wasn't a surprise the park reached capacity.

"I'm sorry you can't come to a free concert and not expect it not to close out," Apodaca said.
