Man, woman on the loose after robbing CVS clerk at knifepoint


HOUSTON – Houston police are searching for a man and woman who robbed a CVS store late Tuesday.

According to HPD, the couple walked into the 24-hour store on Washington Ave. and T.J. Jester around 11:15 p.m. and held the clerk at knifepoint.

The suspects demanded cash, which the clerk handed over, then fled the scene.  They got away with about $500.

Police believe the man and woman are responsible for other robberies in the area.
