BREAKING: METRORail out of service near Texas Medical Center

HOUSTON – A METRORail train is out of service Tuesday evening after a power outage in the Texas Medical Center.

The train stopped after a power outage caused by heavy winds, according to the Houston METRO Facebook page. The rail stopped near Greenbrair Drive and Colonnade Drive.

The company has sent buses to the area to help transport rail passengers.
