Firefighters said the flames started at a unit on the third floor.

Three other apartments suffered water and smoke damage.

There were people inside the apartment at the time of the fire and everyone made it out safely.

No injuries were reported.

Investigators said the fire was caused by an electrical short in wiring that was running to the air conditioning unit.

The first fire Tuesday left around 36 apartments in a different building damaged and over 100 people without a home.
