Mistrial declared in case againstdoctor

HOUSTON – A judge has granted a mistrial in a case involving a doctor accused of inappropriately touching a 7-year-old patient.

Robert Yetman was a well-respected physician who who worked at the University of Texas Health Science Center for 30 years.

His medical license was suspended after the alleged incident in January.
