Saint Arnold's Brewery debuts new line of bratwurst

HOUSTON – Just in time for the Super Bowl, Saint Arnold's Brewery is debuting a new product, delicious bratwurst.

The brewery is venturing out of beer and introducing a line of bratwurst made with two of its signatures brews.

Right now the bratwurst is available at H-E-B stores.  It is available in Santo and Amber Ale-flavored bratwurst.

The food is made in Kansas City by a company called Farmland.

St. Arnold's in-house chef took some beer to the Farmland facility to formulate the flavor for the brats.

The founder of St. Arnold's says the best way to enjoy them is to cook them with a small amount of water and the beer that goes into the brat. However be careful, too much beer could ruin the magic.
