Police search for connections after same bank robbed twice this week

HOUSTON – Police are trying to figure out if two different robberies this week at a Chase Bank in southwest Houston are connected.

The bank on South Post Oak Road and South Main Street, next to the power center, was robbed Thursday and on Tuesday.

We're told in both cases a man with a gun demanded money from the teller.

No one was hurt in either incident.

Crime Stoppers of Houston is offering up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest in the case. Anyone with information should call the tip line at 713-222-TIPS or the Houston FBI office at 713-693-5000.
