Deputies investigate home invasion in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – Montgomery County deputies are investigating a home invasion in a neighborhood in The Woodlands.

According to the victim, minutes after arriving home around 9 p.m. Wednesday, three men forced themselves through the back door of her home on East Sterling Pond Circle.

The victim said one man restrained her while the other two searched the upstairs. The two men brought a safe and personal items downstairs.

According to the victim, the three men ran into the woman's husband as they were leaving and an altercation occurred between him and the three men.

From there, the men abandoned the safe in the driveway but got away with an unknown amount of jewelry.

All of the suspects are described as black men. One of the suspects was about 6 feet 2 inches tall and was last seen wearing a dark jacket and beanie. The second suspect was about 5 feet 10 inches tall and was wearing a black hoodie. The third suspect was described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and was wearing a black hoodie with green print on the front.

According to the victims, the three suspects left in a black passenger van.
