PEARLAND, Texas – A man accused of recording himself sexually assaulting young children may have run a day care with a former girlfriend.
Police say they are investigating the new lead.

Tad Costin is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child in Harris County.
Investigators believe Costin has been videotaping sex acts with children as far back as 1999.
On Friday, Costin was charged with possession of child pornography in Brazoria County.
