2 suspects on the run after Game Stop robbery

One suspect was taken into custody after a short police chase in the getaway car

HOUSTON - Police are searching for two suspects who robbed a gaming shop in north Houston.

Officials said it happened around 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Game Stop in the 5500 block of the North Freeway near Tidwell.

Police said three armed suspects robbed the store wearing bandanas over their faces and heavy fleece jackets.

Investigators said one took off in a getaway car was arrested about three blocks away. Police said they found a lot of ammunition and a gun.

The other two suspects ran out of the back of the store to a nearby apartment.

Authorities are still searching the area for those two men.
