Rainey, a fugitive since January, is a high-risk sex offender who was wanted for failure to comply with registration requirements and probation violation.

Also working off of tip information, officials were able to locate Raul Gonzalez, 39, at a home in Dallas on Thursday.

DPS said Gonzalez had been wanted since July 2016, when he cut off his ankle monitor and failed to report to a Fort Worth facility after being paroled for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements.

DPS and other agencies have arrested 11 Texas 10 Most Wanted fugitives and sex offenders in 2017, including six sex offenders and five gang members, resulting in reward payouts of $32,500 for tips that led to arrests.
