HOUSTON - Two men are in custody and accused of trying to steal flat screen TVs from a popular restaurant in southwest Houston.

Police said it happened around 3:00 a.m. Thursday at the Twin Peaks off the Southwest Freeway and Kirby Drive.

Investigators said the men walked up to the outdoor patio of the restaurant and removed two TVs that were outside.

The men did not realize the outside patio had motion sensors. The alarm company contacted Houston police.

Officers arrived within minutes and caught the men in action.

Both were taken into custody and now face burglary charges.
