HOUSTON - Two teenagers were arrested after a woman was carjacked outside a southwest Houston bar.

Houston police said the carjacking happened at Sherlock's on Westheimer near Gessner about 2:20 a.m.

The 50-year-old victim, who is an employee of the bar, was pulled out of her Pontiac Sunfire and assaulted, investigators said.

Detectives said an undercover officer at a CVS store on Beechnut near Fondren spotted the car a short time later. The officer called for backup while the suspects, who were inside the store, ran out and took off, officials said.

The two were arrested at a gas station on the Southwest Freeway at Beechnut a few minutes later, investigators said.

The suspects' names have not been released. Police said one of them is 17 years old and the other is 15. They will both face robbery charges, officials said.

The woman who was carjacked was not hurt.
