Houston police are investigating a shooting in southeast Houston that left one woman dead and two others injured, officials said.
According to police, the three women were sitting inside a car in the 4500 block of Newberry Street near Cullen Boulevard when they were shot.

One of the women died at the scene; the two others were rushed to the hospital, police said.
Police have not released any information about the shooter.
The victims have not been identified.
