HOUSTON –
One person is dead and two are injured after police say a driver crashed into a concrete guardrail Sunday morning.
According to police, a driver was southbound on the Beltway 8 feeder road near the eastbound Highway 59 feeder road when police said the driver hit a concrete guardrail at 3:40 a.m.

Police said a passenger in the backseat of the car was killed. The driver and another passenger were taken to the hospital in serious condition, police said.
The driver will be tested for possible intoxication, police said.
The victim was not identified.
