HOUSTON – A Houston native has written a Christmas song dedicated to the city.
Sherita Perez released the song "I Wanna Come Home To Houston" on Wednesday and performed it at "Holiday Lights Spectacular" at Discovery Green.
Ten percent of proceeds from the song will be donated to The Blue Bird Circle, Houston's oldest nonprofit, and the remaining will go towards Perez's upcoming "High Vibes" album.
