Returning to exercise as a new mom? A safe re-introduction is key.
“It’s definitely a gradual thing, there’s levels to it. So just start small and build on from there,” said fitness trainer, Leah Egwuatu.
Support from those closest to mom can always be a confidence booster.
“The mom does all the work having the baby so boyfriend, dad, partner or whatever, it would be great if they could get involved and encourage some of these workouts,” said Derrick Shore.
