HOUSTON – Houston's diverse dining scene is on display in a new TV series.
Chef David Cordúa hosts "The Houston Cookbook" for Houston Public Media.
The show follows his journey to get a taste of the bold flavors and unique cultures that make up the most diverse city in the nation.
"We tried to make the viewer a tourist in your own city," Cordúa said.
The Houston Cookbook" premieres on Sunday, Nov. 18 on TV 8.
