HOUSTON – Rachel Lyons and Jacqueline Mathis are part of a group of former Santa Fe High School students, who are planning a special benefit for victims and their families. The event is happening Sunday, July 15, 2018 at the Galveston County Fairgrounds, from 11am-10pm.
